Lots of windows helps to flood the home with light and bring the outside in. We took the walls to a smoother finish instead of a rough knock down - the smoother walls work better, giving the home a classic feel. The base boards are 5 inch craft style, door and window molding are also craft style. The craft style molding helped to give the home cleaner lines yet having the windows trimmed out gives it a more classic upscale finish. The outlets and switches are new, the light fixtures are new, the door hardware is new, the water heater is new, the 3 porches have been rebuilt, we added a roof over the side entry to keep you out of the weather, the outdoor lighting is new, even the mailbox is new.
